Join us at our Bristol yoga studio for a transformative one-day retreat. Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and community connection, you’ll create space for reflection, intention-setting, and renewal.

I am SO ready to help you gain in confidence and skills to share this incredible world of yoga.Â
Yoga has been my life path. I started practice when I was 20 and continued to explore in many forms for the last 30 years +Â more!
It takes time but, it's been a path from fear, shame & isolation, to a sense of self-worth & of having lots of love and  knowledge to share!Â
We may have life experiences that are hard. But the yoga can help us realise we are actually ok, just as we are.Â
